Logic Pro 10.6 - no single issue, best version yet, very good performance on small buffers.

Ableton Live 10 (for most people it works, I personally have not tested).

Studio One 5.1.1 - works fine much snappier and faster compared to Mojave/Catalina but on my machine I need to disable graphic acceleration to work same as on Catalina.

Cubase 11 - The beast is back, can be best version for macOS 10.14 + and 11+.
